Return & Exchange Policy
Shops Royal strictly follows the terms and conditions regarding the Return policy. We only offer a refund once if you contact us within Thirty days. After 30 days, we can’t help you.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will robotically be applied to your credit card within a certain number of days.
If your refund needs to be completed on time. Contact your credit card company and check your bank account. If you have checked your bank account already, then contact us.
Discounted items will not be refunded.
If you want to return your order, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packing, the attached price label, and the invoice.
Please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.
Once your product is returned and inspected. We will send you an email that will notify you about the approval or rejection of your product return policy.
Shops Royal only exchanges defective or damaged products if you send them with proper proof.
Please make a video while opening the parcel; if there is any damage and missing items, SEND US A VIDEO; without a video, we will not accept any claim.
Discounted Sale items cannot be exchanged.
