How will I ask for Repairs?
If you notice a damaged item, then talk to our customer service and ask them about damage issues. We will guide you through the repair process and the steps that you will follow re repairing request.
What are the items that cannot be returned?
The products that are customized or personalized cannot be repaired. Until it gets any damage or defect as they deliver.
What is the restocking fee of return?
Royal doesn’t charge any restocking fees for return, but if there is a strong need or circumstances of returning it. But, the shipping charges are nonrefundable.
