Within USA: 15-25 business days
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping ($5 for 0-5 lbs, $10 for 6+ lbs)

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll update your address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

What if my tracking shows no movement?
Sometimes tracking information takes 24-48 hours to update after the label is created. If there's no update after 3 days, please contact us.
