Heirloom leather, made deliberately.

Royal began in 2020 in a workshop in Alexandria, Virginia. Three makers, one rule: only build what we'd still want to carry in ten years. Every wallet, card holder, and bag we ship goes through a single set of hands from cut to finish — no assembly line, no shortcuts.

We work in full-grain leathers from Tuscan tanneries with verified chrome-free dye runs. Each piece is stitched to outlast the leather itself — we saddle-stitch where the load matters most, and use precision machine stitching where it gives a tighter, longer-lasting line. The patina you'll get is yours: every fold, every coffee, every day in your back pocket adds to a piece that genuinely improves with use.
