How a return works

   Tell us which order

   Fill in the form with your order number (it is in your order confirmation email), the email you ordered with and the reason. Signed in, the same form sits beside your list of past returns.

2. 2

   We send a prepaid label

   We review the request and email you a prepaid return label with the next steps within 1–2 business days. Prepaid labels are included on every domestic order.

3. 3

   Pack it and send it

   Put the item back in its original packaging, unused, attach the label and drop the parcel with the carrier. You can follow it from your returns list once you are signed in.

4. 4

   You are refunded

   Once the parcel arrives we inspect it and refund you within 5 business days of arrival, to your original payment method or as Royal store credit if you chose it on the return.

Good to know

Can I return an item for any reason?

Yes. Any order can come back within 30 days of delivery, whatever the reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

I ordered for the holidays. How long do I have?

Orders placed 1 November–31 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027.

Can I exchange it for another colour or size?

We do not do exchanges. Choose Royal store credit on the return and place a new order for the piece you want.

Who pays for the return shipping?

We do, on domestic orders: the label we send is prepaid. The shipping fee you paid on the original order is not refunded.

How do I check the status of a return?

Sign in and open this page: your returns are listed with their status, from under review to refunded, and the return label is there to download again.
