1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
We stand behind every stitch. If your Royal piece fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
What is covered
- Stitching coming undone
- Hardware failure (snaps, rivets, zips)
- Delamination or separation of layers
- Structural defects in the leather
- Manufacturing defects within 1 year of purchase
What is not covered
- Normal patina and aging (this is a feature, not a flaw)
- Surface scratches from everyday use
- Water damage from submersion
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Products outside the 1-year window
How to make a claim
Email orders@shopsroyal.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.
Our team reviews your claim within 1 business day.
We send a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
We repair or replace your piece and ship it back within 5-7 business days.
