Shop Royal LLC (“Royal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at shopsroyal.comand the Royal mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you place an order, create an account, contact support, sign up for our newsletter, or participate in our loyalty program, we collect information such as:

Payment information. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. Royal does not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain only a record of the transaction (amount, last four digits, brand, authorization status).
Information collected automatically. When you visit shopsroyal.com we and our service providers may collect:
- Device and browser information (IP address, user agent, language, referring URL)
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate location derived from your IP address
- Cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below)
2. How we use your information
- To process orders, payments, returns, and shipping
- To create and manage your account and your loyalty program profile
- To communicate with you about orders, account activity, customer service, and (if you opt in) marketing

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. The same email address handles both.
6. Data retention
We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active and for a period after that to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements (typically up to 7 years for transaction records). Marketing preferences are honored until you opt out.
7. Security
Royal uses industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep it confidential.
8. Children
The Services are intended for customers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Royal is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, for material changes, post a prominent notice on the website.
