Shop Royal LLC (“Royal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at shopsroyal.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you browse or shop on the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. By using the Site you agree to this Policy. (Our mobile apps have a separate policy provided in the app stores.)
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you create an account, place an order, contact support, sign up for our newsletter, leave a review, or join our loyalty program, we collect details such as your name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and order history.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we automatically collect usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions — through cookies and similar technologies.
Analytics & advertising technologies. Subject to your cookie choices, the Site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, the Pinterest Tag, and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic, understand behavior, and support advertising.

We use essential cookies (cart, sign-in, checkout and secure payment via Stripe) that are always on, and analytics and advertising cookies that load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. 5. Email marketing
We send promotional emails only with your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting transactional messages about your orders.

We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to each platform's settings.
7. Your rights
EEA/UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Security
We protect your information with industry-standard measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and PCI-compliant payment handling through Stripe. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
