How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 2–6 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days and is offered at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap — sign up for the newsletter to hear when it goes live.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached.
How do I care for my leather?
Wipe with a dry microfibre cloth after each use, apply a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months, and store away from direct sunlight and humidity. Full-grain leather develops a patina with use.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 Royal point for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts. Higher tiers (Silver, Gold, Royal) earn up to 2× points per purchase plus tier-only perks like free shipping and early access.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Visit /track-order with your order number, or sign in and open your account orders page for real-time tracking and the courier link.
What leather do you use?
Our front pocket wallets, card holders, money clip wallets, passport covers and keychains are full-grain leather: the top layer of the hide, stronger than top-grain or split, and the kind that darkens into a patina. Our toiletry bags, two of our bifolds and some belts are a different grade, and their pages simply say leather. Each product page names its leather.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe over TLS. We never see or store your card number.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled until they ship — usually within a few hours of placement. Once a tracking number has been issued the order has to go through the returns flow instead.
