How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days and is offered at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap — sign up for the newsletter to hear when it goes live.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. Personalised or monogrammed items are final sale.
How do I care for my leather?
Wipe with a dry microfibre cloth after each use, apply a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months, and store away from direct sunlight and humidity. Full-grain develops a unique patina with use.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 Royal point for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts. Higher tiers (Silver, Gold, Royal) earn up to 2× points per purchase plus tier-only perks like free shipping and early access.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Visit /track-order with your order number, or sign in and open your account orders page for real-time tracking and the courier link.
What leather do you use?
Full-grain leather only — the highest grade available. It's stronger than top-grain or split, develops a richer patina, and lasts decades when cared for.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe over TLS. We never see or store your card number. The site is also gated behind a password during the soft-launch period to keep the experience private.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled until they ship — usually within a few hours of placement. Once a tracking number has been issued the order has to go through the returns flow instead.
