Royal stands behind every leather piece we make. If your purchase isn't right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item cost.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging. Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale.
To start a return, email orders@shopsroyal.com with your order number, or use the returns page in your account if you're signed in. We'll send a prepaid return label and confirm the refund once the item is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days after arrival).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds go to your original payment method, or as Royal store credit if you choose it on the return. We do not do exchanges: for another colour or size, choose store credit and place a new order.
Holiday returns: orders placed from November 1 to December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we do not offer free returns.
Gift returns are refunded as Royal store credit, not to the original payment method.
