Royal stands behind every leather piece we make. If your purchase isn't right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item cost.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging. Personalised or monogrammed items are final sale.
To start a return, email orders@shopsroyal.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and confirm the refund once the item is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days after arrival).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
