When your order ships
We pack and ship orders within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, except US holidays. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track from the Royal app or via /track-order using your order number.
Delivery times
Standard shipping is 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight options are available at checkout. These are the carriers' estimates, counted from the day your order ships.
Free shipping on orders over $50, applied automatically when your cart subtotal qualifies.
Holiday delivery
For delivery by December 25 in the contiguous US, order by:
- Personalized pieces: Friday, December 4 (Monday, December 7 with express shipping)
- Standard shipping: Monday, December 14
- Express shipping: Wednesday, December 16
- Overnight shipping: Friday, December 18, by 12:00 noon ET
Carriers are at their busiest from late November, so the earlier the better. Orders placed after these dates still ship quickly but may arrive after Christmas. Royal gift cards are delivered by email, so they're never late.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
