Good to know
- How do I join?
- Create a Royal account: membership is free, and your points start with your first order. Sign in and your balance, your tier and your points history are on this page.
- How do I use my points?
- At checkout, from your cart. 100 points take $1 off your order and there is no minimum spend, so you can use them on your very next purchase.
- How do I move up a tier?
- Tiers are set by points: reach a tier's minimum and its perks apply from then on. Each tier keeps everything from the tiers below it, and the cards below list what each one adds.
- Are there other ways to earn?
- Yes. The Earn points tab lists every active way with its points: writing a product review, referring a friend who places an order, and, on tiers with the birthday bonus, the orders you place on your birthday.
